Dr. John D. Lee, D.D.S. went to be with his Lord on Sunday, May 24, 2009 in Lufkin, Texas. Dr. Lee was a longtime dentist in the Channelview area. He was an avid outdoor sportsman have competed in the B.A.S.S. championship series Read Obituary
I was just informed of Mr. Lee's passing yesterday. Dr. Lee was a wonderful dentist and person. All of my family were patients of his and really missed him when he retired. I know he is in heaven now with the Lord catching more fish then he knows what to do with. May God Bless your soul and your family. You are in our hearts and prayers!
Life is made up of all the pieces of a person's life. For me loosing John will take pieces of life's puzzle away. We don't replace these pieces, because they are memories. This is what life is all about, memories of our friends and relatives. John will be missed because he always had a smile and saw life for what it is, to simply be lived. May God bless you and keep you in this time of remembering all the memories of John.
Hello to Johns family. My sympathy to you all.It's sad to know that this charming, fun loving, person is gone from our midst. A wise person once wrote that when a ship leaves the harbor, some see it as leaving and say "there he goes" while on another shore, others see it as arriving and say " here he come." To the Lee Family - I am so sorry for your loss. Dr. Lee was a kind, gentle, caring man who loved his family more than anything else. He was a great dentist and an amazing man who will be missed by all whose life he blessed.

Well I still can't believe that my "adopted" big brother is gone. He made work "fun" and just being around him would always brighten my day. My biggest regret was having to leave his office just so I could be closer to work at our new home. I have missed being around his contagious laugh and joking manner every day since. He was always willing to help me with any problem or concern I had and I truly admired and looked up to him for it. He is one of the most caring and considerate men I have ever known. Today I said goodbye to my Big Brother, friend and exboss and there is a huge hole in my heart. Our prayers are with you all. Gunner and Tuthdoc told each other hunting stories on the Lewis Ranch when Tuthdoc would come and hunt Axis with my husband Clint. Gunner was only 3 years old but loved to tell Tuthdoc hunting stories. Tuthdoc will be missed and we will continue praying for the family.
