Steven Scott Powell age 76, passed away on May 23, 2022, in Houston, Texas. He was born on June 21, 1945, to Geneva Scott Powell and Robert Lewis Powell in Villa Grove, Illinois. He worked for Exxon Refinery in Baytown, Texas. Scott was a member at Reagan Wells Baptist Church. He married Patricia Ann Lamb. He was preceded in death by his wife Patricia. Scott is survived by his sons and daughters-in-law, Matthew Powell and Kellie Cook, Jake Powell and Brandi. He is also survived by his brother, Mike, 4 grandchildren, Ryan, Joshua, Victoria, and Alyssa. Psalm 23 The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.
