Michelle was born on December 22, 1955 to N.J Samford and Barbara Stovall Samford in Houston, Texas. MIchelle worked as an Administrative Assistant for more than 30 years. Michelle was a member of Inspire Church Houston. Michelle enjoyed listening to music, caring for animals, watching classic cartoons, and attending church. Michelle is survived by her daughter Rachael Chapa; sisters Cindy Peveto, and Jamie Miller; two grandchildren Lydia Michelle Chapa and Enrique Chapa III. Michelle was preceded in death by her parents N.J. Samford and Barbara Stovall Samford.
