Elaine Pamela Pappas Lorfing Thelen, 68, of Houston, Texas, passed peacefully into the arms of our Lord on March 6, 2022, at MD Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas. Pam, a native Houstonian, was born on August 2, 1953, the only child of Steve and Atlanta Pappas. She was a 1970 graduate of Channelview High School, and continued with her professional and private life in Houston area. She is survived by her twin sons: Gerald Wayne (Tree) Lorfing, Jr. and Wife, Jennifer of Corpus Christi, Texas, Steven Wayne Lorfing and wife, Eva of Conroe, Texas. Grandchildren: Gerald Wayne (Trey) Lorfing III and Darby Elaine Lorfing of Corpus Christi, and Bryan Lorfing, Bryn Lorfing, Jordan Lorfing of Conroe, and numerous cousins and a host of loving friends.
