September 21, 1949 - July 10, 2019
Bob Allen Clark, 69, of Kingwood, Texas, went home, surrounded by his family, on July 10, 2019. Bob was born on September 21, 1949, in Baytown, Texas. Bob is survived by his wife of 50 years, Belinda, son Andre and wife Stacy, daughter Twaillah and husband Jason Sims, parents Allen Eugene and Bobbie Lee Clark, brother Roy Clark, sister Wanda and husband Tom, two grandchildren: Madison and Riley, many nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family. Bob was a loving father, husband, grandfather, and friend to everyone. Bob was who you wanted as a best friend. While at times, family agree to disagree, no matter the situation, he was always there for his family and friends. He was our encourager, a peacemaker, was kind, and found good in everyone. The family rejoices that he knew Jesus and served as a fisher of men, and take comfort knowing Bob is with God, and will do his best to show Jesus a better way to fish. Bob has 40 + years of Service with Orion-Mid Gulf, and was instrumental in executing many marine heavy civil construction projects in the Houston Gulf Coast Area. Bob’s technical expertise in marine loading arms assisted with keeping numerous petrochemical facilities in compliance and facilitating the movement of product. His expertise, quick wit, and friendly smile made him an amazing employee. Bob has many friends in the industry and was loved by all. A special thank you to the people at Methodist Hospital Medical Center, Living Waters Hospice in Porter, and Kingwood Memory and Assisted Living for their loving care and support during his final days. We are blessed by the pastoral care of Pastor David Lino, Pastor Marcus Allen, Pastor Rick Blount, and Pastor Dale Jones. Thank you to the Faith Family Baptist Church and First Baptist Church Jacinto City church families. Also, the family would like to extend their sincerest gratitude towards San Jacinto Funeral Home and Memorial Park for being very accommodating and understanding during this difficult time. Friends and family are invited to services at Faith Family Baptist Church on Sunday, July 14, 2019. Visitation will begin at 2:00 pm, followed by a Celebration of Life Service, beginning at 3:00 pm. All are welcome to fellowship from 4:00 to 6:00 pm. Graveside funeral services for Bob will be at San Jacinto Memorial Park on Monday, July 15, 2019 at 9:30 am. Those participating in the graveside service are requested to line up at San Jacinto Memorial Park, immediately adjacent to the funeral home.
